Comprehensive support

For every installation we provide full documentation and assistance to help you set up and start using your EdgeConnector system. Once up and running, an optional annual software support and maintenance contract is available. This includes ongoing assistance via email, telephone and remote desktop technology from our offices in the UK and USA, to cover extended business hours.

Our expert technical staff will assist you if your system does not perform as expected, and can help you implement group policies, scripts and other specific adaptations to suit your business, to get the most out of your fully integrated physical access control system.

The maintenance contract also entitles you to benefit from unlimited in-version updates of all the EdgeConnector software components, as well as major version upgrades that encompass our latest developments, improvements and utilities.

Special requirements can also often be catered for using our advanced integration APIs, or by specific custom developments by our software team.
